I request all shawarma outlets in chennai to use flat chopping bases , rather than circular bases with boundaries ...
See if you use flat bases , your hand will not be stuck at the boundaries and you can finely chop the meat ...but these circular plates are the worst ....please go to delhi and learn it guys ...chennai shawarma have big chicken pieces ...actual shawarma is finely chopped
