*Love it!! I used to use a propane grill and after using my Weber, the food just tastes so much better and the temp **MyBest.Kitchen** control is so easy! Will never use a propane grill again!*

I stopped using a brush for my wings. Now I just use a set of tongs and pick up each wing and dunk it in the sauce. Gets both sides covered at once.

Great video. If you like crispy wings, toss the cut wings with two tablespoons of baking powder (before the rub) and let them sit in the fridge overnight. Then hit them with the rub before smoking. You'll be amazed at how crispy the wings will be. As crispy as fried. Might add another level to your already great recipe. Also agree with the not brushing comment. Toss those wings in a metal bowl with the sauce/glaze for better coverage.

Merry Christmas from Georgia; This a great video. I love that glaze. I will do it soon. My 2 main grills/smokers, from the 4 that I have, are the Treager Pro 22 and a Weber Performer. I have had the Weber about 6 years and have cooked some yummy foods. I have had the Treager only one year. Both are wonderful. If I only had one grill, it would be the Weber. It can't be beat it for an all round BBQ cooker. COOK ON

I replaced an old 25-year-old Weber kettle with the master touch last year and I absolutely love the upgrade the char baskets are so handy and the thermometer and the ash catcher, I reminisce to my youth when I first started grilling, I would slather the charcoal in lighter fluid I was young and dumb and didn't know any better! and also I thought London broil was the best piece of meat to grill because it was from London, what's more classier than that right? then I thought top sirloin was the best because it's top...lol but many years later I've got it all dialed in and I just laugh at my silly young self. Now it's all about Ribeyes, tri-tip and grilled chicken on the bone.

I have the Master Touch too. I bought it a couple of years ago. Like you, I thought it was a better buy because of the extras that come with it. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner! If you're going to have only one cooker on your patio, this is the one to buy. Treat yourself to a Slow-N-Sear and you'll have the most versatile grill on the planet.

I just bought a 22 inch weber. Mine dident come with the temp gage though im gunna have to buy my own. However these things are fun to cook on. My brother bought a pellet smoker and it works great and all but it is super boring cuz it does all the work for you. I enjoy drinking a beer and messing with the charcoal to keep it at the right temp, gives me something to do.

How to turn your Weber Grill into a pizza oven Cheap. Get a big square porcelain floor tile 18" or 24" place your grate over it, and mark the outer inside of the grate. Cut it out with a diamond cut off disc. or a wet tile saw ect. and to if your really good with a diamond knife, Tap it off. most of the time i break it. so it will fit down into your pit. Take a 1/2" diamond hole saw make at less 9 holes around the out side. Here the trick > Now take your grate turn it over where the handle is point down into the pit. Place the tile on the grate. Now You Got A Pizza Oven

  • @wideglidebry

Take out the center of the grate, use two charcoal baskets, place wings around the baskets on the grate, no need for oil they’ll be crispier than fried. Works every time.

Alright Sandy, those wings looked awesome. I love the sauce you made. I did something very similar to go on wings a while back. I really like your Weber Kettle Master Touch. The one I just got is pretty much the same thing, cept it's red. I already had all the other accessories. I enjoyed your video. It's good to have more than one grill/smoker if you have a YT channel just to mix it up some. For the money, and what it can do along with the accessories by Weber and after market, you really can't be a kettle. Not saying it's the best cooker, just sayin. Seeya-Phil

You don't have to use it, you can just poor the briquettes right into the grill if you want to. The Weber kettle Mastertouch comes with 2 charcoal baskets for the purpose of separating your coals and making it easier to create indirect heating zones. It also helps in cleanup if you have some unburned briquettes left over. Just take out the basket and dump it. Not a big deal either way. Thanks for watching.
