I agree with you, just a few days ago I was introduced to this new chapter, I was kinda excited and thought I'd be scared because I just played without checking out some TH-cam tips and guides, I just saw the title and I was like "ooh new chapter? Aight let's hop in" 💀
The fact that I enjoyed it more and learned faster as well as not getting scared by the jumpscares I was literally chill like I haven't screams a bit or flinched. But the control chapters especially the hospital disabled dolls and that big blob got my heart beating like crazzyy

They basically ripped off Little Nightmares. Not only did they include a bunch of tracks from the games, but the part where you go up as this creature with a long neck looks for you, is literally the exact same as the teacher where you go up and it looks for you. They are really running out of ideas
1. The teacher design was inspired by yokai it's not original
2. also the sound tracks are not copyrighted and they are free to use
