This is what I did. I’m not pushing my way of doing things but we were given small syringes for baby medicines. In the 1980’s. I made sure that tip of the syringe was in my children’s mouths before I squirted the medicine out. I held her mouth a little tight to make sure they didn’t squirm. It was better that my child felt a little discomfort in order to get the medication into her. Her health was more important than her discomfort.

There have been too many incidents of violence now with Khalil. The knife episode really escalated it. What next? And there will be a next time. Kobra has been unreasonable, emotional and scared since this pregnancy. But, there is no reason for Khalil to put priority on his brother who brought thugs and violence to their home. There is no reason for him to act crazy jealous thinking Kobra is cheating It’s stupid because that is not her nature not to mention she is very pregnant and took Mersana to the meeting. Khalil will get worse. He’s been gone before and done stupid things. Even if Kobra had misbehaved you don’t run from a pregnant wife and a toddler. You stay and work it out! Khalil is an abuser who is steadily getting more violent. I haven’t seen it in comments but when he was leaving he threw Mersana down into the blankets instead of putting her down gently. Kobra you and the children need a kinder and more stable man.

I don't know if there is one or two operator but food for thought. A pregnant women walking alots, careing around a child, not eating properly, worrying can cause her to loose her baby.
