I wasn't expecting much from this series. The original panzer has sat on my shelf for over 30 years, and never gets play. ASL offered more, so I just played that. I got on late to the 2nd edition of Panzer, MBT being my first title. I've got to say - this has been a big hit here. I went out and bought everything. Something changed - I think the expansions are what was missing before. This system for me is the ASL of armor. I really like how the rules are 'pick and choose' just add what you like! Somehow it works.
