But that only causes depression/suffering to myself for being someone who I am not. So I'm practicing to be vulnerable step by step everyday. It's hard, but the process has already begun. When I expressed myself in the past I stopped because I did not want to preach what I do not already practice. Trust In The Universe I'll say that if you can't be vulnerable with someone it would be a fear dwelling inside of you. I'll advise to look into the self and just know what is it that you fear.
