- I promise my next video will not be about the JD X320, or probably any other mower. It seems the last few months all I did was work, cut grass, and cut some more grass.

Hey, you know it's not all adults that own/run these tractors, sometimes it's nice to watch your mouth while taping cuz you never know WHO or how old the person is that's watching. I'm 16, and I actually have a decent mouth! GOOD POINT BY ME! Great vid by the way.

You should blow the clippings off the deck after every mowing. Also, you didn't wipe the mounting ring where the new oil filter gasket makes contact. Removing the old oil filter may have some dirty that dropped on it when removing. It's 1-3/4 turns of the filter after it just makes contact with the mating surface.
Wonder if the John Deere has green toilets, with yellow seats?

@Decreasion @Decreasion Well I try not to swear in my videos due to the fact I want anybody be able to watch them, and due to the fact I am a partner. They dont like swearing in partner videos, and even if they didnt care I still wouldnt.
I tend not to swear on camera, though I tend to have a foul mouth in real life.
The JD condoms are used when you are plowing the field.

well i got the la 105 john deere and i change oil and filter every 100 hrs and a oil drain and fill at 50 hrs so i only change filter every 100 my deere has 230 plus hrs and has oil change probly 3 times and is due for another any time, great video
Thats' like using toilet paper twice.
I want to give a WARNING. The video shows the dipstick being screwed in then removed to check oil level. This is WRONG!! To correctly check the oil level you 1. Remove the dipstick by un-screwing. 2. Clean the dipstick with a clean rag or paper towel 3. Place the dipstick back in the tube all the way but DO NOT screw it in. 4. Remove the dipstick and read your oil level. 5 Add oil if needed. 6. Recheck level. 7. When satisfied the level is full replace dipstick back into the tube and ONLY NOW screw it back in and tighten so it is snug.
There is a good half inch or more difference with the dipstick screwed in giving a false high reading. If in doubt, just read the instructions embossed on the dipstick itself.

Hey, I've got a JD D160, it's got about 25 hours on it. At its break-in oil change, I drained it, the oil was grass green in color, anything I should be worrying about or is it just the oil that it had in it when I bought it?

Just one suggestion, clean the deck off before you let anyone from a dealer see it.

Because he is like me and I'm 62. He has full command of the english language as I was once told of me at 19. Any one can swear. It takes real courage and determination not to go along with the rest of the world and be yourself. Don't follow the crowd.
Man. That was hard to watch. Check oil level by not screwing cap on. Fill filter with as much as u can. Hopefully you will clean that deck spotless or u will create loss of trouble. Just saying.
