I once lived there in Santa Cruz in 1988-89. I was there just before the Quake in 1989.
I had driven up passed this old small pioneer cemetery no my scenic route up Skyline Blvd to San Mateo. Many many many times!!! Beautiful beautiful drive. The Santa Cruz Mountains / Scott’s Valley area is or was very nice. I’ll always hold that California area very dear to me, like a part of my soul. The Big Dipper Roller Coaster was the very first ride I’ve ever ridden at about 7 1972. I’m almost 59 now.
I was born and raised in Redwood City and Newark. In 1995 I moved to Washington state.

I totally agree!!! She did this probably in the late 1980’s? It’s old. So glad there is such a great record and story teller! She is very very good telling the stories about these people and their lives. It’s a treasure.

In the 1950s and 1960s my family passed by this cemetery regularly going to Harvey West Pool to swim. Who knew there would be such great stories laid there. Interesting.
