Sa pagkakatanda ko, nagkaroon ng issue si gcash sa bank transfer recently. hindi lang galing ng gotyme yung mga naipit, halos lahat ng banks. Kaya sa BDO app ko may notification na dinisable nila ang Instapay Transfer to GCASH. Tawag ka nlng sa gcash customer service. thanks!

Medyo nakakadisapoint nga. Pero may work around naman. Baka mag deposit na lang sa traditional bank dahil walang cash-in fee doon tapos transfer to Gotyme na may fixed-rate. Kung di ka palagi pala cash-in okay lang at mababa parin ang 0.5% fee. Gagamitin ko parin ang Gotyme for cashless transactions and high interest. 4% is still high for me keysa abyssmal interest ng traditional banks. At siyempre safety ng hard-earned money kaya ako nagopen keysa nasa bahay lang. It's good to have multiple savings account with a mix of traditional and e-banks at ihiwalay ito dahil ay kasabihan, "don't put all your eggs in one basket".

Almost all digital banks will give so many perks at the start. We must understand that our deposits in any bank are a liability for them. They need to earn from our deposits as well, and therefore, they will change their policies over time. For now I am still ok with GoTyme.

@PatQuinto madami sila promised before na investment and loan programs on day 1; however, for whatever reason, they decided not to do so... pero kapag announce ng another interest cut on deposit interest, ililipat ko na sila sa iba dahil GoTyme hindi naman earn interest daily unlike Unobank, Maya, and CIMB (despite its 2.6% interest) to name a few.
For me lang gagamitin ko pa din sya lalo nasimulan ko na sya may konting fee oo pero for me its ok kasi halos lahat naman meron eh yun lang salamat po. ❤

Very dissapointing, I'll just do my transactions with the bank na lang instead. And hindi ko na gagamitin si GoTyme.
1. No fee sa branch deposit kahit anong amount.
2. Secured deposit upto 500k by PDIC. Na wala si GoTyme and others.
3. May online banking din naman.
4. You can build your credit history sa Bank for future Home Loan, Car Loan, Business Loan.
I understand your frustration and we have the same sentiment. Though just to correct po, secured din po si Gotyme with deposit upto 500k since they are also a member bank of PDIC. Its a requirement from BSP before they can be approved to be a bank na member na sila ng PDIC.
