Kids like millennials or gen z might not understand this. You see kids, in the 80s (and in 1990 also), nobody in a Filipino concert stood up for a dance song. My uncle went to the Kool and the Gang concert in the Philippines in the mid 80s and he said nobody got up when they sang 'Get Down on It' or even 'Celebration'. Pinoys are very reserved back then. Which is why this is especially a fantastic feat by Francis M as he not only got people to stand up to a song but even dance to it. The guy is legendary in so many ways imaginable.
