I see you have also, like me, recently upgraded to the Circuit Tracks. I have to say, after having the Circuit OG since they were originally released. The Tracks is a complete game changer for Dawless Jams. I am controlling my, coincidentally full Novation setup of; Circuit Tracks, Bass Station 2 and 90s Novation Nova. All from the Circuit Tracks. It looks like I'm sponsored by Novation!
Nice work! Great video quality, right up there with the pros like BoBeats. I'm looking at going dawless myself and from what I can tell, you have the 2 Volcas going into the Circuit Tracks and the Launch Pad controlling the MicroFreak? Can you explain the set up if you don't mind? I didn't realize the Launch Pad was a standalone sequencer, always thought of it as a controller for Ableton
Thank you, it really means a lot to me! 🙂 Yap, i’m using Launchpad Pro mk3 as a standalone sequencer. LPP mk3 has 4 channels in standalone sequencer mode. My Launchkey25 mk3 is sending midi signal to Launchpad pro (i’m using arp mode on Launchkey to record it on Launchpad Pro mk3)… Launchpad Pro mk3 midi out is going to Volca Bass and Drum, Arturia Microfreak and Circuit Tracks are also connected to Launchpad Pro mk3 to be in sync. I have 2 free midi channels on Circuit Tracks for some future synth update. For that I'm using midi Quadra Thru, because Launchpad Pro mk3 has 2 midi out and I need 4 midi out. Audio from Volca Bass and Volca Drum are going to audio input of Circuit tracks (to use sidechain, mixer functions and fx's). Arturia Microfreak audio out is going to Zoom MS70cdr and after that to Universal Audio Volt 476p audio interface. That’s it. 🙂
@@DjMitaThespian Nice, I just saw a video where the microfreak was being used with that Zoom Pedal (forget his name, but has a soothing radio voice lol) and it sounds great. I just rented a Circuit Tracks and its fun to play, but I feel its limitations already after 1 week. I'm thinking of still buying one, but either changing the stock sounds or use channels 1 & 2 with outboard gear instead and just turn the volume down on the those synth parts. I'm more into darker electronic music and my goal is to get a micro (or mini) freak and a Moog DFAM plus some sort of sampler module. Question: would you trade in your Circuit if you could? If so, what would you get with it?
kidaj mitooo
nice jam! Crystal clear and cavernous sounding. Awesome setup too, can't go wrong with any of those choices. :)
Tnx! :)

Love this but at :50 the knob "touches", what's that all about? There was no adjustment.
I just reseted and prepared filter for Arturia Microfreak.
Weird.
