Alstone WPC : How to bend it 90° ? Quick Solution

Watch as I test out my heat gun on a piece of wpc board The heating process was extremely quick, probably because PVC is not very dense,so take your time and heat evenly with thicker material.
You just need a Hand Router and a heat gun to make seamless bending possible in WPC hybrid board from Alstone.

That means it is not fire or heat resistant. It cannot be used in kitchen. Please let me know. I was planning to use it in kitchen.

Those corners are also now weak. When braking material the strength in the bend cannot be sacrificial just to accomplish the bend. If you dont understand the difference between brakeing and breaking go learn before commenting on my comment. Braking is desiteable to create structural integrity across 2 planes. With your v notch method this is not possible.

I tried it, Before reading a comment, I can insure that it's not working, As you mentioned I ended up with very week corners.
