- Kota is the best place for preparing for the IIT Jee exam. Kota is also known as the hub of IIT JEE coaching. This is video is for all the JEE aspirants, students who in Kota & their parents.
For JEE aspirants Kota is the first place that comes to their mind when they think of preparing for IIT. It is because of its reputation, high-quality teachers, success ratio, competitive atmosphere, etc. but there is a dark side of Kota that needs to be highlighted. There is also a web series named Kota Factor made on Jee aspirant's life in Kota.
When any JEE aspirant goes to Kota, gets a reality check because he or she goes out of the home for the first time and has so many problems in mind along with studies. Jee aspirant has to learn how to live in the high performance environment of Kota along with Jee mains & Jee advance syllabus.
The major mistake JEE aspirants and their parents make is going for cheap food which leads to poor health of the student and losses their precious time while recovering. I am in motion, motion has taken wonderful steps like fun friday, therapist available and a paid app given by motion which helps in betterment of mental health, my parents are against me being in kota as they think its not safe, but after seeing the competition here i am really determined, i am fortunate that my parents can afford a good hostel where we have services like gym table tennis and basketball, these factors help me to be extremely focused and tension free

I am in Allen kota toppers ko privilege di jati hai lekin normal batches wale teachers bahut achhe hote hai infact mere batch ke hi 1 teacher top batch me bhi padhate hai. Normal batches me bhi bahut achhe teachers hai.

I am preparing in Kota for Jee 2024 and just wanna say that don't come here if you're not hardworking , mentally available for absorbing the vast ocean of knowledge and affected by external remarks on you personal efforts . This is the harsh reality but you need to give your heart and soul into this and always work towards self improvement . You'll definitely emerge as a far far.. better version of yourself once you follow a disciplined life and fight all the challenges the preparation has to offer 👍🏻

Well , I respect all of your video except the fact that you said career track can go in much diff direction if one achieves less than his/her target which is IIT . Its true only for the bad colleges . if someone works hard and smart and makes it to some other great college of the country .... then his or her career trajectory can also be like the one who studied from IIT. I joined in PW VIDHYAPEETH 5 months ago in Kota for IIT Jee preparation honestly talking about food there food is totally unhealthy the food prepared by the mess they can't eat that food and from there mess I'm attacked by hepatitis A virus by jaundice and I left Kota for 4 weeks I'm hospitalized Now I am suffering from backlogs
MY SUGGESTION: Stay in hygiene area and Take the proper mess.

Bhaiya main to khud mumbai se hoon aur ek aspirant bhi hoon par recently jo kota mein back to back sucide+missing cases due to depression ki news sunkar bohot bura lag raha hain to aapse ye rquest hain ki aap aise video banaye kahan par suicidal thought+ depression ko effectively kaise handle kare taki ye cases hi ruk jaaye. BHAIYA YE EK GENUINE REQUEST HAIN AUR ISSE PL IGNORE NA KARE
I am dropper in Kota in Motion and it's not lie that there is high pressure environment and it's normal because you cannot live your life in your way.. obviously life is certain... But there are so many things that motivates you also like teachers are here very supportive Like: GB Sir NV Sir and they never let you down And yes it is true that food is very bad even I am facing this but it's just a time of hardwork but you can eat that food... Last thing those students who suicide are really morons literally guys it's not so difficult that you suicide...

If you study sincerely you will never end up making backlog and have faith in your teachers and the coaching system.Teachers are top notch here. But mess food is the serious problem. Rest all is good in Kota.

I felt too much lucky after learning that I am having good environment and good food in kota and good hostel ....... Par mai little bit demotivated ho gyi thi kyunki now I have only 16 months to prepare because I wasted some of my time because of boards and now these suicides news made me so determined that ki atleast fight toh marni hai in ki tarah haar nhi marni hai

Sir my biggest problem is in which college i am studing thir is no coching of jee they are only focing on theory
Currently studying in 12th preparing for neet 2025 at Allen (kota).khana toh sach mein aacha nhi hota (most of the hostels mein).When I was in 11th teachers used to really motivate us.Aur Allen ka system bhi tumhe motivate karta hai when you score high , mtlb jab you get rank in top 10 they give you medals ( and I also got that medal (sarswati medal),only because competition se Darna nhi ladna sikha ).Aur mere jo dost the they were really helping ,and supporting and they still are.

When I came in 11th, I was interested about this "kota" city already and I even planned thst I would go there for my IIT JEE preparation. But fortunately, the fees was really high and I cancelled my plan and neither told about it to my parents. Yesterday, my school teacher told that Many students commit suicide in kota.Last year it was about 20-24 students who took their lives. I agree that place teaches you how to live, But that is at the cost of your life.

Every parent must know: A max 90,000 seats (mbbs) across this huge country but competition, 1:20 (nearly) (20 competing for 1 seat). Coming to govt med col, this would be more than 1:100. In this, many constraints (local, non-local, R-quota, govt/private, state/national (eg:jipmer). So student's interest (100% without slightest chance of stepping back) is the most. Secondly, reg neet, 75% students caliber, logic thinking, analytical ability plus studious working nature also finally the deciding. Reg: IIT jee, mains exam (*still a big question, why they do online, 2/more phases?). Here, ultimately, those who qualified alone must write advanced. In this category, about 90% student caliber + 5% teacher + 3% coaching centre + 2% surrounding. So if your ward passed class-10/12 just by byheart or hardwork (*like class-4 employee having almost zero logic), better do not allow him/her to opt science stream in higher education

That's exactly not true. If you want to earn money there is other sources learn skill and you can earn money. Kota coaching centre only tell you to go to AIIMS or IIT. They don't talk about other carriers. What about me I don't want to become a doctor and my parents left me in Kota.

Bhaiya I can totally relate with the backlog problem I have came to kota for preparation of Jee 3 months ago in class 11th and I am currently in Allen but the teachers I got in my batch do not teaches from basics and I find it very hard to understand the concept and because of that I come to my room and watch online lecture but doing it daily for all 3 subjects is not possible for me with doing the homework also please address me any solution 😢😢 what should I do in this case. I also get very less marks in test because of this like
Jee Mains test :- 41 out of 300 with 31 negative marking.
Jee advanced :- 38 out of 180
😢😢 I am feeling very depressed because I am utilising my whole time on my studies but I am not able to cope up like this I am unable to understand in class then I watch online lecture and it wastes my time a lot due to which I am unable to complete my homework daily and it caused me to have 3 chapter backlog in maths 4 chapter backlog in physics and 1 chapter backlog in chemistry.

First of all relax 11th starting mei ye dikkat hoti hi hai , and abhi current chapters pe focus Karo , aur jo chapter ya topic coaching mei shuru hone wala ho pahle hi basic se padhlo khudse sabse pahle ncert se shuru Karo for clearing concepts then koi acha lecture dekh sakte ho like physics galaxy Ashish Arora sir, Mohit Tyagi sir for maths dheeme dheeme sab banega bas time zyada do
Aur homework complete karne se nahi hota sirf , har question ko indepth samjho , socho ki iss question mei ye approach kyu lagi , and never give up jee is a marathon not a sprint tumhe bhagna nahi hai consistently apna kaam karte Jana hai

bro i just learnt a new topic from a chapter which our physics sir was about to teach the next day , he saw my notebook while taking that topic and after seing my notes he said ohh!! u already learnt this topic ,, hereafter dont ask any doubts from me and dont take any notes hereafter in my class ,,learn on your own

No it's good though but don't take it seriously what is said ik the class to u becoz it will affect ur mind and lead u towards Overthinking , preparing a topic before class is very good thing but try not to show (show off) to ur teacher, just do it for ur self privately and silently....
