I had around 560-570 don't remember. You can do this with any car. You need patience. A high rev engine or just adjust the gear ratio.
Actually there a glitch? I remember into 540kph with the honda nsx (stock engine, and all tuned) with crazy accel it from 447kmh to 540kmh in like 2 seconds ish and the game end (i play on ctf)

Actually, the car he stoped at for a split second is better than the one he acually used. Its lighter and i got the black turbo badge with is on a mile race with mostly maxxed out things except the engine, i either kept the stock 31 horsepoer engine or bought the LS engine. But on cruise mode, i reaced 515 kmh. I used a specific tune to get the black turbo badge. It went like 1st gear:0.30 2nd gear:0.60 3rd gear:0.90 4th gear:1.20 5th gear:1.50 6th gear:1.80 Final Drive:3.55 To get the black turbo badge, you have to go to 6th gear before the light counts down. And rev your engine, but when it hits the green light, go. But instead of regular shifting, shift backwards. And then at the end of the race, shift into neuteral, pass the finish line. You will then get the black turbo badge. To get 515 kmh, use the Dylan Jamie tune. Go to cruise mode, find an empty lane, and hold the gas for about 3 minutes. By then, you will reach 515 kmh or higher. Please like. This took me 20 minutes to type

If you draft you can actually hit more than 500 kph with any car as long as you are using Spoon or 2Jz.
Mind if I ask the specific build and engine tune needed?
