PreScheme: Low-Level Scheme Programming

In this stream, we'll take a look at the Scheme48 project, and more importantly, the PreScheme dialect of Scheme which enables low-level programming with a static type system and compile-time Scheme macros.
This project is being revived via NLnet funded work by Andrew Whatson so it's worth taking a look!
