Just finished Season 2, so I know everything in context. This season was fun! Dramatic, emotional climax, Sarah Michelle Gellar once again provides a fantastic performance, the fight choreography is still a little janky, but isn't awful, and the character arcs continue where they left off from season 1. I love this series.
FR I LOVE HER! drusilla is such an alluring character to me, the way she speaks, acts and the gift she has for seeing the future is amazing. people barely talk abt her and that makes me sad

The show was against gun violence because it could affect people in real life, teen sees Buffy using gun, makes them think using a gun is okay. Remember Tara's death, I think Buffy even says 'guns are never the answer', the showrunners were being responsible. I also think it served a great message saying you can have power without guns

But why not use other, alternate methods of killing like the rocket launcher? Or a really cool Katana with a wooden stake in place of the usual hilt? Seriously, what the show needed was a tech guy to come up with really cool gadgets for Buffy to slay with. Until the Scythe came along, there was virtually no variation on cool weapons that Buffy could use
I think the worst thing about Snyder trying to ban PDA is that my school tried that, forced a couple to sit apart because they weren't happy that they were snuggling during lunch. I do wonder if the fact they were a gay couple had something to do with it...
