As long as the frogs are filled prior to laying then it is acceptable. Problem is that the brickies who lay frog down don’t fill them. Frog 🐸 up is the way. I am not a bricky by the way

Frog up frog down??, London brick company technical department used to advise,frog up was only necessary on walls requiring dense load bearing or sound prevention situations,
