All events were in Saitama - Either at the Saitama Dome or in Kumagaya. AS for the names of the groups, there are many to list and the effort involved in translating and putting that information up for 97 views seems overkill :-) I hope the music is enough.

The answer is no, all you have to do is play on tempo and learn the patterns, which comes automatically by practising
