OMG, I would NEVER Eat from these people.!!! You should be wearing GLOVES when handling meat especially CHICKEN. Never put bare hands when cooking Meat Protein. I don't know where your hands been. I don't care if you wash your hands, it's still not clean. The Reasons are, one goes to the Toilet and one uses their Hands to wipe their private. Some people don't and that's why it's important to Wash your Hands and then put on some Gloves, wash off the Gloves also. And change the Gloves after seasoning the Chicken or other Meats then put on another GLOVE for Frying.
