Huh, they made Sun Shangxiang's voice deeper in the english release. And I don't mean they re-recorded the hit sounds with a VA that has a deeper voice, I mean they took the japanese voice lines and made them sound deeper. Like, she says "ita" when she gets hit. They had english voices too, they use them for certain dialogues when you activate musou attacks or in the character select screen. I wonder why that is....
It's amazing that they implemented triangle charge combo this early : 1st charge : Wide area blowback 2nd charge : Launcher 3rd charge : Stun 4rd charge : Another blowback but it's smaller and (i think?) stronger. They clearly want the game to be less button mashy which is appreciated!
Hey, can you do the very first Dynasty Warriors 1 movesets? The fighting game one on the PS1... some, if not all of the moves we see in DW2 actually came from DW1, but still would like you to do the showcase... can you do that?

甘寧の無双乱舞がまだ走るやつじゃなかったり、呂布のモーションが2からのモーションと違ったり、懐かしい作品！✨️
2000年の段階でかなり完成されたアクションだったんだなと感嘆する。
まだモブ武将と同じ無双乱舞モーションの茅ヶ崎行ってない甘寧じゃないかw
1のみCVが違う甘寧と張遼。甘寧はCV北谷彰基さん。張遼はCV木下尚紀さん。
2から茅ヶ崎行ってきた甘寧は三浦祥朗さん、山田になった張遼は田中大文さんにCV代わったのよね。

懐かしい、典韋の斧投げるやつ特定のタイミングでレバガチャか何かすると動かせてすげぇ優秀な範囲攻撃になるんだよな
ほとんど続編の2のモーションと変わらないけど唯一呂布だけはすごい変わってますね。この呂布のモーションは槍兵卒モーションに似てるのかな
あとカウンター攻撃は続編では消えたからこの1だけの要素なのか
基本的に武器変更してないキャラはモーション次回作に受け継がれるけど、呂布は結構2で変わるんだよな。
製作も今作の呂布の弱さを察してたのかも。
カウンター攻撃に格ゲー時代の名残を感じる
それと後の作品で消されたC1とC3で攻撃範囲広い武将が何人かいてもったいなく感じる😢
後、昔のチャージは溜めが長かったんですね
許緒はこのモーションのが爽快感あったな。2から変わって残念だった

一番最初に使って無双モードをクリアしたのは周瑜でした。C4の地上ヒット3連斬の間に無双でカウンターされるのはお約束…😇
初代の呂布ホント使いづらいんだよな。
