Wild, I love my primo..I think it’s a great single or double gap hitter. I don’t think it’s meant for anything else other than that. Like you said if it’s not in the sweet spot it’s funky until you break it in. About 300 hits it opened up way more and got hotter so if you miss it still goes over infield. Kills the 11” balls if you play in a league with them!
I got this bat and do Not like it at all. A friend and I swung it he did not like it either. Did not feel balanced to either one of us, felt almost mid loaded. The sound is awful. The odd part is the bat did perform ok. You are right there are far better options for the money.
I do admit that it performs if you hit the sweet spot, but the feel, sound, and size of the sweet spot were absolute deal breakers for me. I've also heard about a lot of durability issues with it from other people
Sounds dead like a teammates older Primo, maybe 2022 or something. Everyone says it’s broken. Sound isn’t amazing but it’s gas after hundreds and hundreds of swings

My Miken Primo broke at the handle today... 25 game swings.

interesting you are hating on this bat as the exit velo is the same for you as the easton alpa and your miken, 86/87 mph

I just got this bat I haven't tried it.... I had the deadpool bat but it broke and Miken replaced it to the Miken Primo
You'll have to let me know what you think about it. The performance wasn't terrible, we just didn't really like it
May I ask where your Deadpool bat broke? Mine broke at the connection and I’ve seen a couple other posts saying the same on Reddit.

My Deadpool broke same spot , just got the primo as a replacement yesterday.
I bought the Deadpool as well and it broke at the handle. This is what they sent me as the replacement. Miken is dead to me. F them.

@TheKrisKing sounds like you just described the 2024 Primo. Unfortunately, I don't have the patience to swing this bat a 1000 times
