With sufficiently advanced medical technology the humans in Nikke could easily survive the loss of multiple organs so there shouldn't be anything unusual about the things the MC survives.
If memory serves me right there was an episode of Deep Space Nine where one of the officers or red shirts had most of their body severely damaged or destroyed. And they still returned to active duty in 3 days.
In Nikke they manufacture body parts.

I mean that's rather harsh, it's probably a bit of an overreaction and playing it up for the audience, but the atmosphere and setting certainly gives it a more extreme outlook after all. We're talking about deep secrets in MMR here.

@crystalkasumi3281 Probably so. It was just a dusty old room though, didn't even have any religious symbols or anything. It's clearly tied to the "Project A.D." thing mentioned after, since Nikke makes several references to Christianity throughout its lore and characters.
