Confusion😵 :- If chemical A LEL is 2% & UEL is 56% and chrmical B LEL 4% & UEL is 69% so which one is highly hazardous????
Chemical A is more hazardous chemicals
Than why a bottle of petrol explode when in contact which ignition source in that case the petrol inside bottle is 100% according to this theory of UEL it must be too rich to burn it shouldn't get exploded
