Bass oboe is pitched in C sounding an octave below oboe with a range starting on B2. English horn is an alto oboe pitched in F with a range starting on E3. Bass oboe is a fourth lower than English horn and English horn is a fifth lower than oboe. You also have the oboe damore pitched in A with a starting range on Ab 3 which is a minor third lower than oboe. So it would be from lowest to highest, bass oboe, english horn, oboe damore and oboe. There is a hecklephone which starts on A2 and an lupophone which starts on F2 although those are very rare.

An English horn is like an Oboe, only different.
