The thing that stands out about Rimzee is that he seems like a genuine and very intelligent guy who is not trying to be anything else but himself. Being authentic and coming from an environment a lot of people have experienced in London and wanting to do better, and actively doing so through his actions and learning from his mistakes is why people are and will continue to rock with him.

On the plus side a house is an asset, renting is expensive, If you have a family a house that you can afford brings stability. It depends on your life and your goals, because a house having a mortgage is not a negative. It's dependent on what you want out of life you have pros and cons of owning a house or renting. But regardless a house is still an asset.
I've always felt the plan is working out how to pay the mortgage down quick, not to never own a house. Trust me the really rich guys that always renting etc those guys end up stressing.
When it comes to investments it all depends on what you want out of it. Man that come from the roads are used to 100% flips, In the business world thats not common in the beginning. Man are wearing APs and gold rolex's talking about mortgage for 25years bro just pay it off or let a tenant pay it off.... or better yet do both. But again it all depends what you want out of it theres no right or wrong. Different things work for different people. ( investment portfolio needs to be diverse for tax purposes)
