Want to note about what I mention regarding 4 distinct experiences I got throughout this tour as I could have defined better in the video:
1. The initial entrance walking up to the building - builds this amazing sense of anticipation.
2. Crossing the threshold into the villa - you realize you're in something exotic, comfortable, and truly luxurious, yet the property wants to take you further..
3. Walking out from the building into the yard - you now understand the exclusivity, space, and environment that is extremely rare and defines what it means to have a top-tier property in the world.
4. Opening up the private gate to the beach - it's hard to put into words the level of exclusivity when you open a gate latch, transitioning with about 5 steps to expansive and nearly vacant black sand, wind, and 2 meter waves. Unreal.
