When you’re making poach egg put a vinegar in the water, the water should not be over 60degree. When you see little bubble going up that’s the time you can put the egg. Give it a swirl the water, just put it for 2mins then put in a ice cold water so it won’t overcook. Xx

@@kaylaschregardus4062 High blood pressure. Can be dangerous. The reason was actually to prevent eclampsia. But to be honest, I think that diet was one of the reasons I had so many problems with nausea during the pregnancies. Throwing up causes you to lose a lot of minerals as well.

Oh my goodness I can't take it!!! She's sooo adorable!!! And you both are such wonderful parents already - you guys are role models to my husband and I. We definitely aim to be as chilled out as you when we get to be parents. Hunter has obviously got the same lovely traits as you both being so relaxed and such a beautifully quiet and contented little one! We love watching you guys and although I have said previously not to worry about posting videos (and whilst I still stand by that) I was so excited to see another video notification pop up!! I do poach eggs at home but I don't pour them into a pan but use silicone poach egg cups, grease the cup, just place them in a pan of boiling water, don't need too much water, put the eggs into the cups and place lid on the pan, cook for 6 minutes then take the cups out of the pan and the egg should plop out of the cups with a solid white and not runny. They are available on Amazon here in the UK but there shold be something similar in Australia.

So to make poached eggs it's very simple so take a fry pan put about a half inch of water and a little butter in the pan, bring to a boil put eggs in and turn down heat, take a spoon and dip in the water around the egg or eggs and cover the yolks with the spooned water until the yolks are covered in a white skin....then you can create runny or hard yolks! Everything under your control. Enjoy!

Myer / Big W / Kmart sell little silicone moulds to help with poaching eggs at home! I think they are around $2 at Big W. You crack the end into the mould and put the mould into the pot with hot water, it keeps the egg shape and the mould sinks and the egg floats! They are the best!!

She is beautiful! I wish my kids were that little again. Just so you know, little ones can’t regulate temperature like we can, and you lose the most heat from your head and feet. Most new parents don’t know that and aren’t told. I only learned it going through nursing school. Hope it helps for the winter months. You both are such good parents!!!!! I’m so happy for you both!

STEVE whirlpool like you said, a drop of white vinegar, Plob in the egg, keep stirring 3MINS PRECISELY FOR RUNNY EGGS, let them dry off on paper towel - works a charm every time !!
I know this is much later, but here in America, he have latches at the bottom of carseat bases that actually latch a carseat to the car so you don't have to use the seat belt at all! May not be the case in Australia but never hurts to check!

I had to eat saltless in both pregnancies. I remember how marvellous it was to be able to eat normally again.
Just curious, why? Cause you need salt for thyroid production and to prevent eclampsia
