I attended a clinic@ drummers dream in belmore Sydney years ago absolutely brilliant saw him play on a crappy store kit ( old premier) he made sound awesome!! Thank you very much !
Great technique and musicality on the kit. Having an ostinato to play off is always a good idea. This U tube is great. Makes one realize how many great muscians there are out there
and stops one from getting too complacement with our own playing!

I saw him play at a clinic a few years ago and was absolutely blown away. His playing, as well as his focus on different areas of the kit and how it can be applied musically we're truly something special

Amazing. I love your control and also the patience you have with some of your ideas to really explore them and develop them further. And the foot ostinato gives the solo extra depth and a feeling of continuity. Love it! Also the space that you leave between ideas and phrases in your solo really makes a big impact. I noticed the same thing in the recording of jazz traveller with yourself and Brian Brown. That’s something I would like to become more aware of and use more often when I play... space is very effective.

You mean he's got great posture and not slouching over the kit? His playing isn't at all inhibited by the way he's sitting or playing. He's plenty relaxed, 'dude'.
