    INGREDIENTS:
    For Sugar Syrup:
    * Sugar (चीनी) - 1 cup
    * Water (पानी) - 1/2 cup
    * Lemon juice (नींबू का रस) - some
    * Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर) - 1/2 tsp
    * Saffron (केसर) - some
    For Sata/Paste:
    * Ghee (घी) - 3 tbsp
    * All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 3-4 tbsp
    For Dough:
    * All-purpose flour (मैदा) - 2 cup
    * Ghee (घी) - less than 1/2 cup
    * Salt (नमक) - 1 pinch
    * Water (पानी) - as required
    * Oil (तेल) - for frying
    RECIPE:
    For Sugar Syrup, take a pan, put Sugar & Water in it. Put Lemon Juice, Cardamom & Saffron & make Sugar Syrup of 1 string.
    For Paste/Sata, mix Ghee & All Purpose Flour & make a paste.
    Take some All-Purpose Flour, put Ghee, a pinch of Salt & mix them. Bind the dough by adding Water & cover it for 20 mins.
    Make dough balls & roll them. Apply paste on the Chapati then put another Chapati on it & apply paste on it as well. In the same way join 5 Chapatis together then make a roll. Cut their ends & cut then in pieces. Press the pieces slightly & fry them in the medium heated Oil. Put the fried Khaja in the lukewarm Sugar Syrup. In this way, Tasty & Juicy Khaja will get ready.
