I prefer the masculine colours and styling to overly ornate , just saying. I love the music, the beat. This is new to me, what a great artistic creation, the fusion belly dances. Bravo.,

I'm pretty sure these are his serratus anterior muscles. They're directly over the ribs, muscular men often have them quite visible.
