For those who didn't know about the story:
Decades ago there was two sisters who were so hungry, One day the younger sister Mio came home with joy, the older one became skeptical about her and never told why Mio was so joyful, the older one came into her final thought that Mio was eating so well without her, jealousy overtook the older sibling's satisfaction into consuming her own sister, the older one came to realization that Mio was actually secretly saving all her money for the both of them, the older one became so sad with guilt that she became haunted with extreme guilt with a appearance of a second mouth at the other side of her head, it was the mouth of Mio who constantly willed for food otherwise the older sibling with will for food with extreme pain, so when she eats something, she gives Mio food.
Small story:
In a village there lived two orphan sisters, two sisters lived in poverty and constantly starved themselves, One day mio, the youngest arrived home overfilled with joy, Rin the older one became skeptical about her, she questioned Mio but never asked why Mio was so joyful, as the days went by. Rin came to a final thought. That Mio was eating without her, Jealousy overtook Rin and to satisfy her insatiable hunger she consumed her own sister, Rin came to realize Mio was saving all her money for them, She became haunted with extreme guilt leading a mysterious 2nd mouth on the back of her head, it was Mio's mouth who willed for food or Rin might cause trauma or danger.
