After many years of “pleasant surprises”, Kacchan has evolved and is now equipped to handle any birthday party thrown in his general direction. Floor cakes, piñatas (which definitely don’t have salivated contents) and Deku in general ain’t got nothing on this Kacchan. Character development at its finest.
