1 sided thermal lamination and flying knife separation with in-line digital inkjet spot UV varnish. 28 micron (1.1 mil) matt BOPP. SRA3 landscape (17 3/4" x 12 5/8"). 360 dpi 7 dpd.18 metres per minute (60 ft/min) = 3,428 sheets per hour.
Max B2 portrait (20" x 29") Heidelberg-Stahl suction drum fed 1 sided and 2 sided laminator + in-line inkjet spot UV and LED UV lamp.

There is LED-UV with conventional UV lamp (GEW) in this video. Both working.
What's the reason for this?
On Drupa'12 I was told that using LED UV is like tribute to "Green environment" and it's global policy of company not to use mercury UV lamps.
Is it used for better lamination adhesion? Is it a signal that there might be machine without LED UV (with reasonable cost)?
