I have epilepsy, after my first seizure, my pineal gland opened, and some thing's are not what they seem,at first I thought I was loosing my mind,but our world is not always what it seems, it's so hard not to share with others, but you can't because they just can't understand, neurology doctors know this it's the only ones who understand.

I have recently been diagnosed with 2 types of non-convulsive epilepsy & having started the Lamictal treatment 2 weeks ago, fixing to titrate for week 3 tomorrow, the 2x/day doses make me wake up so sleepy, even if I take the AM at the crack of dawn, 4/5a. I'm praying that will quit side effecting me soon but this right here I can truly feel the inner push of my awaken life thriving state at 4 minutes in.
Before making a comment, I told myself to give these a try for a week. I use the Theta, Delta, one hour version at night before bed. Not when I lay down to sleep, but perhaps an hour before bedtime. This way I can spend some time to process what may have come up during the meditation session. I also use the wake up frequency, Delta to Gamma. I listen to your over 3 hour version of Gamma study frequency, and recently implemented quiet of few of the others. The results: I have more energy, more focus, memory has improved, I am sharper and cognitive skills have had an incredible increase. Sadness has decreased and the sense of peace has taken it's place. With all that, I would recommend using these to get the brain in line. However, these are wonderful tools to use when beginning this journey, but just know, you have it in you to reach these levels by focusing on it. You can and will do this with the help of the Spirit. Heres something to ponder and take advantage: We have hormones, chemicals...etc, that are used in the production of emotions. (Not the correct terminology, but I hope that makes sense), So, when you think about it, emotions are energy in motion, and when you focus your mind, you can tap in to these emotions and in turn, take control of them instead of them taking control of you.

I don't usually comment but I am going to comment on this one. This is the tone I have always heard in my ears. I have been trying out your channel for gamma wave beats and this is the one that connected to me. I just knew what it was when I first heard it and my mind/spirit is high elevation. I could recognize it. I finally have a beat I always hear in my ears these years. Thanks for this!
I can't believe that this channel doesn't have more subscribers... this is the best channel that I have found for binaural beats. There are so many channels that claim to make binaural beats, but in actuality, they are NOT actually binaural beats... they're just music or sonically interesting sounds that are not splitting the frequencies in stereo in order to produce the binaural beat to happen as a result of pairs of frequencies that are close in pitch and hard panned left and right, so there's no actual beat that is triggered and heard in the brain/consciousness/being-ness... I went through at least 100+ videos that claimed to be binaural beats and 97% were not at all!!! I actually made some comments to explain exactly what binaural beats are on some of those videos and I got attacked and berated because of it. Granted after going through so many of them I was frustrated and annoyed, so my state of mind when I wrote some of them certainly came through in my writing and I wasn't proud of that, but after going back and reading them it was clear that I wasn't attacking or belittling or passing any form of critical judgment upon the makers of those videos, it just sounded like the person that wrote it was annoyed and I did make a point to emphasize that it sounded cool and was relaxing, but I could see how the people that put the time, effort and care into making those videos could take it the wrong way and possibly take it personally. I ended up apologizing and asking to excuse and forgive my comments, explaining exactly what and why I was frustrated and annoyed and felt the need to explain binaural beats. Going through 13 minutes of each of these videos.... Is incredibly solid. I don't know what gave me the idea to use these in increments but when I moved through each of these... I could literally hear the sounds of my brain cells moving.... maybe it was a trace amount of the frequency being echoed into my cells but either way a truly eye opening experience, I watch and read a lot of what I implement into daily life so this probably is the stem of my behavior. And this is my reality.

No, you dont "have to" do anything at all. Just try a few different frequencies, stick with one you like (or dont like) for a few days and see what happens. Just do it the way you want it will be great. For example: listen this frequency during 30 minutes today, 1 hour tommorow, then switch to an other frequency a few days later. It should be fun. Listen to yourself and what you need.
