Same with Vietnam too, how did we move forward from that and yet we're holding no grudge against them anymore, idk the world, politics, and media twisting what we view and see, we need to always stay human.
Thank goodness for Charles Smith stepping in and doing what Denis should have been doing all along. The second-hand embarrassment I felt with drunk ass Denis was overwhelming. Why did nobody try and slow down or stop Denis’s drunken meltdown
not going to lie, seeing both teams enjoy themselves its kinda wholesome. i know the nk players prolly are facing death if they do bad or something but they really do look like they are enjoying it. its important to humanize the people of north korea, we are told they are ignorant crazy people ect but they are just humans like us and its no different than calling native americans savages. . dennis knew this and thats what he was trying to get out the whole trip. even though he seems to be nieve to what the state there does, he knows what it means to be misunderstood. and compared to the kim family, he prolly seems even tame to the citizens.
Maybe he drank so much in part because of the anxiety he’s trying to hide. I would feel tremendous pressure from the media and all eyes on him both in NK and the free world.

Also look at the damn size difference Don’t underestimate us Americans. I honestly believe they didn’t know it was for his birthday. God Bless America and our hero the American troops 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The NK upper class has access to some, albeit restricted internet. Could be that and/or because they're on the national team, they're allowed to watch basketball videos and read about basketball, and that's how he heard about these NBA players.

I want to believe that some young person somewhere in NK was blessed by this game. I’m sure it was on national TV.
This is unbelievable. It's like totally surreal and bizarre...
What an embarrassment. Is that how US was supposed to be represented? ESPECIALLY in North Korea????? Politics-non politics -Rodman - knowing himself should of not go. Just for the sake of respect to his country. Great documentary though.
Charles Smith's face when Rodman starts talking during the CNN interview 😂😂😂
It's pronounced "pyong-yahng" not "pyong-yayng".
It should be pronounced “garbage bin”
Wow! 2024 I am thankful for everyones effort 👌 that cnn had me 🤯😡 i just lost all respect for CNN. Thankyou Mr. Rodman for standing up for those precious People.
God Bless you all. 🙏
Dennis Rodman is the original Metta World Peace.
31:30, what a sweetheart Denis's pa is blocking the escalator to let him get away from the media
If I were that irish journalist getting chewed out by Dennis in North Korean I would have tried to run right there and then. Did he ever make it back?
YOUR NAME SUITS YOU VERY WELL.
Make it back from the movie studio? Of course
Macho Man Randy Savege beat Rodman within inches of his life on national TV.
Why is this not the most viewed documentary on TH-cam..best highlight.. Dennis off his lips singing sublime and boozing out losing it in front of North Korean leaders and dignitaries
SANA ALL PARENG DENIS
I was in the shower watching on my phone and couldn’t hear if they mentioned how Micheal Jordan was the first choice but couldn’t be bother to go even if it did mean saving Otto Warmbrier’s life from the North Koreans?
THIS WAS YEARS BEFORE OTTO, ARE YOU AS MUCH AN ALCOHOLIC AS YOUR PAL DENIS?.
Dennis was on another level...
Of embarrassment!
Getting Rodman on CNN completely plastered would have had me sweating through my clothes if I was sitting there next to him
What he did by going to north korea was awesome
Went to a Hollywood studio
Dennis is a classic example of how God chooses those you would least expect to do his work.
The only way to move forward is cultural exchange, aye I'm all for it if we all want to get along together especially around basketball. If it worked with China, its gotta work with North Korea. Same with Vietnam too, how did we move forward from that and yet we're holding no grudge against them anymore, idk the world, politics, and media twisting what we view and see, we need to always stay human.
This is so difficult to watch
I wonder what kinda of things got sent to Dennis's hotel room at night
Some of Kim's kick ass crystal
That we probably owe our current existence to Rodman soothing out Kim Jong Un is mind-blowing.
This was cool thx Dennis
Thank goodness for Charles Smith stepping in and doing what Denis should have been doing all along. The second-hand embarrassment I felt with drunk ass Denis was overwhelming. Why did nobody try and slow down or stop Denis’s drunken meltdown
Politics and controversy aside, at least the North Koreans got a taste of what freedom of expression is like. Even acting like a drunken fool is okay.
1:16:26 Super.
Kim Jong Un once live in America that's why he know NBA and Rodman
not going to lie, seeing both teams enjoy themselves its kinda wholesome. i know the nk players prolly are facing death if they do bad or something but they really do look like they are enjoying it. its important to humanize the people of north korea, we are told they are ignorant crazy people ect but they are just humans like us and its no different than calling native americans savages. . dennis knew this and thats what he was trying to get out the whole trip. even though he seems to be nieve to what the state there does, he knows what it means to be misunderstood. and compared to the kim family, he prolly seems even tame to the citizens.
literally no one thinks that but sure your brain is mush if you live under decades of massive propaganda.
If u are Kims friend like Dennis u can do watever the F u want
Let’s pray for the people of NK. You never know, little things like these can bring major change in a nation. 😊
If I’m Kim I’d play a prank. If the Americans are winning heavily I’ll make it look like they getting arrested for subversion😂
Dennis was drunk as shit the whole time lmao
I would’ve been saying my fucking prayers when he was cutting a promo during the CNN interview. Like calm tf down dude, remember where you are lmao
Maybe he drank so much in part because of the anxiety he’s trying to hide. I would feel tremendous pressure from the media and all eyes on him both in NK and the free world.
All actors!
this is the funniest thing
Respect to the supreme leader ❤️
6:20
I mean, you can think about Rodman whatever you want, but if he really said that to Kim he has balls.
Also, I would love to see face expression of the translator when he realized what he's about to translate to Kim XD
The level of disrespect on Dennis part blows my mind. Did he take his sunglasses off even once when he was indoors? Common sense was no where in sight.
The skyline of the city of Pyongyang is pretty beautiful I won’t lie🤷🏿♂️
43:16 Damn Dennis 😂🤣😂ROTFL😂🤣😂
I was actually kinda concerned at first about this relationship and this game I'm still very concerned about the relationship but the game I see why he wanted to do it for a peaceful moment between two nations I'll give that little credit do and a good job to both side Denis stop drinking like that it was a little embarrassing
And watching both team mix up and play made that whole room go crazy
@@curtisroyce9364 you can clearly see the real reason at 12:50. Ego.
dennis being a diplomat is wild haha
It's not the people but politicians and their policies that make trouble
49:06 😂😂😂
49:05 wtf hahaha
Peace on the entire earth
You didn't watch the video 😭😭😭😭😂
He just wakes up were ever. Lol lov it
“Watch this bullshit” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
There is no fucking way NK would ever beat a American team that is actually not retired if they tried, and the last game with them ended in a tie. How did that one guy know about the NBA? Also look at the damn size difference Don’t underestimate us Americans. I honestly believe they didn’t know it was for his birthday. God Bless America and our hero the American troops 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
The NK upper class has access to some, albeit restricted internet. Could be that and/or because they're on the national team, they're allowed to watch basketball videos and read about basketball, and that's how he heard about these NBA players.
I haven't watched the whole video,, Am Serious,, I stopped the video when there was discussion with, FREDO when CNN was trying to STIR the POT:::
BUT AM THINKING, THE NORTH KOREAN TEAM IS GOING TO WIN,..BECAUSE DENNIS AND ALL THE RETIRED PLAYERS ARE NOT AS NIMBLE AS THE YOUNGER TEAM, N.K....SO LET'S SEE...WHO IS BETTER TEAM!!...
