- This is Day 2 of the Everest Base Camp Trekk in Nepal!
Today we are going from Phakding to Namche Bazaar. In this video we will be exploring some sherpa settlements on the way to the biggest city in the National Park!
The route keeps getting more and more beautiful but it also come with the challenges of altitude and bigger walks. Weight on the back starts to hit heavier and controlling the breathing is now a reality that needs to be addressed.

These villages are well equipped! I had no idea! I love the architecture of the houses as well! You got this Ruben 💪🏼
The big ones are proper villages! Restaurants, atms, helipads to speed up to higher altitudes and rescues, hospitals and schools… but once you get higher embrace yourself 🤣
