How i prepare for new video: 1. Warm shower with lovely scented soap 2. Put on a clean soft nightgown 3. Get into bed under the covers 4. Inhale and exhale the busy day 5. Put on ear buds 6. Press play. Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. This video is just perfect. Tingles. Relaxing. Great sounds. I would light a scented candle but I'd probably burn down the house since I'm usually fast asleep before the video even ends. Lol I've got several friends with sleep problems hooked on this channel. I haven't a clue why this is so relaxing but it is!!! I love the variety in your videos! Great job girls! 😘😘😘😘😘

Could you do a video with rubbing along the hairline? On the forehead, along the temples, in front of the ears, behind the ears, along the nape of the neck. You already do this in some videos but using nails, I prefer fingertips. I love the crunchy sound from hair being rubbed firmly with fingertips.

Nothing better than real nails on a real scalp. The sound is way diff than scratching a mannequin head. If you need a volunteer for a 8hr back and scalp scratch look no further

Yes. What passes for scratching on TH-cam (generally ASMR oriented) is 30 minutes of running fingernails over skin. Is this what you do to your arms when you wake up in the morning? Of course not. Scratching itchy skin is a fast and hard process. If it takes longer than a minute, you are not scratching an itch. You are performing for either the camera or your human subject.
