This theme really show the characteristic and the story of the boss La Signora it self. She cold as ice, she anger as fire. Cryo or ice in the first phase. And then pyro or fire in second phase. She is a romantic, cold, and sadness of losing her lover. Thats why the song has male vocal and female vocal. Trully wonderful muaic can tell the story 😭👏
the whole concert is basically just this quality with bands from different nationalities. The amazing thing about Genshin is that the music director, Yu-peng chen, worked with people from other countries to make the music for each region of the game. So they had japanese people worked on Inazuma music, the japan region, Sumeru with a couple of middle easterners, and so on. Eventually there will be russian music in Genshin once their last region get released.
Genshin once again not disappointing with their music 🔥. 2nd phase definitely went hard

The fact that the game make so much money is the result of it's quality, it might not be for everyone but there is a lot of effort and investment pouring into this game.
As a future Signora main, this brings me joy.

Genshin Impact has cost around 100 million dollars to make by the time when it first launched. Since then the development cost of the game went up to 200 million per year. As of the 2nd anniversary genshin's development cost is around 500-550 million dollars total... the game isn't even 40% finished - we're looking at at least 4 years of extra development from now (they release 1 main region per year, with 4 regions left), that's gonna be at least another 800 million (and i'm pretty sure the marketing and live concerts don't come included in that price). It's insane to me how much they put into this game - and how much they make from it.
It's funny that it cost 200 mln to make when the devs said themselves they had a 100 mln budget to make the game, check you facts before you spread misinformation.

We're talking about Hoyo here. The same company that fostered an in-house 2D animation team just to satisfy their players fantasies, all while being at a loss.
worth noting that they make $3.7b per year on Genshin alone and spent like $500m on advertisement/other live events annually and this isn't even including, probably, the $1b+ cost for the game (100m to 1b basically). IF we compare this to their other game, Honkai Impact, that game only make about $130m annually, including all servers. Heck, nation wide there's currently 70m+ concurrent players that login daily, even mmo games at peak only got like 1m-2m.
Hoyoverse has invested a lot of money in music after the second and third years of the game, and now they are teasing an anime that will be a collaboration with Ufotable ("demon slayer" and "fate" anime). So what I'm saying is that their gacha pays off great for an ftp game.
