Was just playing this.
As a horror game, the adrenaline rush of attempting to run away from the bots is horrifying, hoping you get into the safe zone and not dying always gets my heart rushing everytime. The map and ambiance is also incredible. It is a very well made survival game, and I recommend anyone to try it out for yourself.

If u need to get a quick escape while your sprinting jump it gives a jump boost or slide or if you are good at fast turning if you jump into them back first they don’t murder you
It’s more of a survival game than horror.

The players of nico’s nextbots are lucky that they aren’t exactly like gmod nextbots.
Quite literally nothing stops them, you close a gate? They teleport through it. You go up a floor or go on an elevator? They jump and kill you. You have the high ground? They jump and kill you.

It’s odd seeing nextbots become popular again. I remember when channels like MsBreezy (KulDud3 back then) were making videos with them back in 2015-2018. It’s nice to see them come back in some way shape or form.
it became popular with kids and some mainstream youtubers. I mean it's literally a bunch of pngs and people saying something like wow this is so scary and it gives me an adrenaline rush. I don't really think it's that scary, + almost all people use the same annoying backrooms map. Honestly I wish nextbots were dead. Always hated them, just floods the workshop and gives good creators no chance being in attention.
No way a MsBreezy fan? I remember watching her back then along with some other gmod youtubers

@@maxim07minecraftpropvp41 They're scary because they're relentless but still obey the environment. They wouldn't be half as scary if they just no-clipped through walls. The best kind of fear is doubting yourself, the panic knowing that you could get out of this situation if you were just better. It's not scary to run down a straight hallway and reach a dead end and then die from it. Nothing you coulda done, you mentally check out as soon as you see there's not an exit. No more panic, just acceptance. Learned helpnessness. But put a turn nearby, one that you still *feel* like you have a hope of reaching once you hit the dead-end? Terror all the way until the end.
The game gives you movement far stronger than normal, hopefully a map with multiple exits in every room, sets you loose on a power trip, and then unleashes a foe that matches you fairly.
I hear ya about the overuse and the cliche PNGs. I personally like that they're big and comical, like it's boasting "We don't need to look scary or to hide in order to get you, even with your super parkour abilities," but some of them are *too* over the top, and don't feel like they're respecting your time.

@@Extramrdo walter white nextbot vs. a very thought and worked on good horror npc who obeys map boundaries based on nav meshes (just like nextbots!). the answer is obvious. If you want something comical to chase you, you can always download a model of shrek to chase you instead. I'm not forcing you to pick them over nextbots, but just stating those are made better

To anyone who'd like to play this game:
Shift to sprint
F for flashlight
C for crouch/slide
You can also go in the vents
Edit: To anyone that doesn't understand the vents:
at 1:00 there should be a vent in this location.
Don't stay in there for too long otherwise they might get you!
Also if you're sprinting you don't have to stop to open a door
you can just run into it and it'll open.

i love these types of games: to the point, no stupid 5 minute cutscenes every 5 seconds and the feelling that you're being chased at all times leaving you feel uneasy that you're about to get attacked.
*in a horror game, being chased by 17 different decapitated heads*

Honestly it’s scarier if you set the nextbot volume to 0. They would be able to sneak up behind you and get you really good, which has happened to me multiple times. Also, if you need to make a desperate getaway, sprint while jumping. If you gather a lot of momentum, you will literally be flying each time you jump. Plus chase static makes you even more oblivious to the fact they’re close to you, which makes it even more tense.

I find it really funny how Yoshie is already basically a nextbot in her source game.

Just to give you a fact that these nextbots ain't any ordinary bots, if they get stuck by any places you find to escape. They will find *another way* to catch you. So it's impossible to escape on them.
Tips: The only way to survive longer is to Sprint Jump. It will let you survive longer.
What about sliding

Wow, Remainings has come so far, he's come a long way and now almost has 1 million! It's honestly going to be a bit sad seeing Remainings become a huge youtuber but he has worked hard and finally, he's going to hit a huge milestone in his career.
Especially with his once a week upload schedule, this just proves his potential and hope he can see to more committment into his channel and upload more frequently.

Remainings sounds like someone who would be really fun to talk to and play with. At least for me. Playing with or talking to him for at least a few minutes is something that is on the top my bucket list but I don’t think there’s a way to get that done without being disrespectful and annoying. Well, at least I can watch his videos so I’m happy enough. 🙂

These bots have been around for years in GMOD and I’m confused why it has boosted in popularity again as these things have decent AI in GMOD when tracking down there targets the only thing they are missing is when they get stuck on an object they teleport through it that’s the only thing missing from the ROBLOX bots

hello Remainings! if your reading this, or if another viewer is looking at this, i have a pretty fun game suggestion, Decaying Winter. whether you have played the game or not, i recommend you try the game in a private server specifically, otherwise people will be pretty annoying or unkind to you just for being new to the game, you can bring some friends along if you decide, but even if you do, you build up skill faster then playing in public servers, both in close quarters combat and stealth attacks, so if your reading this, you can try it.
fun fact: you found Decaying Winter in your squid game video, it was right next to the Squid Game game you played in your Surviving Squid Game, so i guess you can look at that for more details, or, sorta do some other stuff, im not saying you NEED or HAVE to, but im just saying its a suggestion. if you do play it, i hope you have fun!

You'd love minus elevation. Sadly, it's still in testing and not public but it's precursor, minus decendance, is quite good. It has a different gameplay style to ME and is less free roam but its still a cool experience.
Here’s a tip for a new player. There are 3 safe rooms in the normal map. And for the advanced players. There is a safe room in the back room. And multiple elevators for you to escape. Hopefully this helps
Theirs also a place where you can afk and they can’t kill you also get time thier

You're in control of the situation at all times, until you yourself make a mistake, hit a wall the wrong way, something like that, then it's quickly over. You're high-strung but as long as you're doing well, you're safe, and it echoes through your entire experience.

This game is genuinely so fun when I first started I thought I was gonna get jumpscared non-stop but when I actually tried I managed to avoid being killed somehow

If you come in a dark place press F for Flashlight, it might not render fast enough for light up immediately
To slide or crouch, press C or Ctrl
To sprint slide, press Shift+C/Ctrl+W (W works best than A,S and D)
Safe spots (these are areas safe from the memes/nextbots and areas you respawn at)
The Parking Lot in the basement has a double door that leads to a safe room
The First floor area that leads to the kitchen, a warehouse and a ramp that goes to to the basement parking lot (the right to a ramp near the first safe spot I mentioned)
The First floor has a safe spot that is in a room with 2 doors leading to the main area of the 1st floor and 1 to a hallway made out of cemectric tiles and it's a supply storage
The third floor WC is a safe room, oh my god hell no
In the higher floor parking lots, near the elevator is a flight of stairs leading to a clubby safe spot
In the backrooms, randomly you will run into a safe spot. I say it's random because you spawn randomly in the backrooms like you enter the elevator but you explore to another area and see a elevator but it to the 2nd floor parking lot, you went down to the 1st floor and enter the backrooms again but it lead to the area you did not exit from
Sprinting bust open doors
Nextbots can bust doors broken and fling models (chairs, dumpsters, cushions, etc.)
