From what I have seen in many Korean Tv programs the problem of many korean dogs/dog owners is that the dogs get way too little exercise... here in Germany it is absolute standard to properly walk your dog three times a day! Especially young and active dogs shouldn't stay inside or without proper activity for too long! We can clearly see Sung Hoon loves his beautiful dog and that he tries his best... So maybe I (or rather the German way of caring for a dog) am wrong and dogs don't need that much activity and in South Korea it is just a different approach to caring for your dog.
In his previous episode, he mentioned that he tried not to bring Yanghee out on the days with bad air quality since she had weak respiratory organs when she was young and undergo so many treatments
FYI, Sunghoon have his own team, and one of the staffs (and his junior in the same agency) always bring Yanghee out for walk, either day or night. Yanghee got a lot of exercises and loves too from Sunghoon and his circle of people too.
Sunghoon is responsible with his dog. He even moving out to better place where he can bring his dog for mountain climbing near his house at this moments. That why Yanghee look so energetic and playful.
