A video I would love to see is installing a remote control for a winch on the 700. My 2024 700 Max XL came with a winch but no remote controller and there's nothing on TH-cam that I can find about it with the new Outlanders. I looked it up on the Can Am part instructional website and it says have the dealer do it
I bought my bike 2025 can am 1000 xt brand new from the dealer with these grips. The grips are working, but there’s nothing on the dash showing what could be wrong

This was the best. Thanks it's exactly what I was looking for. I want to buy one of these new 700s. Do they have any common problems that you know of? I'm coming from a grizzly so I'm hesitant for reliability reasons.
@@Maxsmotoshopyour videos are great. Do you ever do engine work? I have a 24 HD5 I’ve went completely through both HD5 and HD7 engine parts manuals and the only thing different are the cams. The cams are only $150 USD each. Ever put a set of cams into a ROTAX? Can’t get an engine manual anywhere on this new motor. Also can’t get an answer on if they can flash the ECU to the HD7 programming. The only other difference is the the HD7 has the button on the right handle to change modes. Second question. Do you know anyone that has gotten into this new ECU for a tune yet?
The rubber and the heating unit is built-in all in one you’ll need to replace the entire hand grip, but they usually last quite a long time. Should have at least a decade.
just did this install today, worked great, put everything back together and it didnt work anymore. checked fuses, wiring, connections - all was good
Just bought a brand new 2023 850 max. Had these installed. They work well.

Just installed exact kit on my 700xt. Grips work intermittently, and thumb warmer hasn't worked yet. Any ideas?

Returned them, new ones work great.

Mine are doing the same thing. Dealer told me I have to bring it in for service. Wouldn't return them
