Making doctrine clear and accessible to all. I'm not a baptist myself, but Pastor Cucuzza is marvellous. Praise God that we get to see such teaching all over the world through the Internet! Brotherly love from the UK 😊

Thank you so much for the clear teaching of God's Word here in l John 3. If what many teach as truth here were true they'd have admit they were are not the sons of God as they teach this message says. Thank God his word doesn't contradict itself here or with any other scripture in his word, it all goes together when taught correctly, in it's context, to whom it is addressed to and along with other scripture and proving it doesn't contradict other scripture but goes hand in hand, blending smoothly together so we can understand it all correctly as God intended it to be. God bless you and use you to his glory!

You said if you live according to your old nature you will sin but if you walk according to the new nature you will not sin.
    Qn:
How do you live according to the new nature? (How do you achieve that transitional?)

I was wondering if that means you have to be sinless to get to heaven,

Do we have to be sinless to get to heaven?

Yes, Revelation tells us that no sin, not even a lie, can enter heaven.
Revelation 21:27 - And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb's book of life.
Tthe good new is that Jesus Christ died on the cross to pay for all of ours sins.
1 John 2:2 - And he is the propitiation for our sins: and not for ours only, but also for the sins of the whole world.
If you believe that Jesus Christ made the payment for your sins you can know you have everlasting life.
1 John 5:13 - These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.
John 3:36 - He that believeth on the Son hath everlasting life: and he that believeth not the Son shall not see life; but the wrath of God abideth on him.

1 John 3:18-19 contains a terrible message which proclaims that if you do not believe in Jesus you are already condemned. This is religious propaganda of the worst kind.

That is true. It is believing on Jesus that saves! If you don't believe, you are in a position of condemnation. At the moment one chooses to believe, he is given eternal life by the grace of God because he believed on His Son, who is the Savior.

You’re condemned until you believe on Jesus to save you
