True. Many laws state something like: Enough to stop the threat and (if possible) choose the way doing the least harm. This is a good approach but not easy to implement.
The premise in this example is, that neither the police nor the military are morally corrupted. Unfortunately this isn't the case in many countrys. It gets very complex from there on. As an individual you can't do that much against the police or military forces, without dying as a martyr (maybe start a riot and hope for the best?). If the whole state is morally corrupted, I think it comes down to education and/or revolution.
@@AbyssalAscension I did. Once against 10 cops, once against 5 qnd just because they breached the law against me and I felt insulted. Yes, I ended up in Turkish prison but not before putting fear into their heart. Just please dont talk about them as if they are some kinda heroes. There are very corrupt ones in them too. They are no heroes just because they have a badge!
