In an exclusive interview with Dialogue Pakistan, Muhammad Noman, the Food Panda delivery boy, said that when he arrived at the destination where he had to deliver the food he found out that the person did not have change. So, the person asked him to bring the change from a nearby shop and he should not be worried about his bike as they had surveillance camera installed above their main gate.
After bringing back the money and handing over it to the person, as soon as he reached for his bike two dacoits arrived on motorcycle and talked to him in a manner as if they knew him for a long time. “Where have you been? Long time no see,” said one mugger.
The boy said that they knew that he was carrying one mobile phone and some cash. “The mugger snatched my mobile phone and cash. I requested him to return the mobile as I had borrowed it from somebody,” he said as he spoke it tears rolled down on his cheek. They gave him back all his belongings. They said they also had a heart.
Noman said when he talked to the Food Panda company informing them about gravity of the situation and that he could not carry out the operation any further in this situation, they kept insisting on continuing the work. He said he had only Rs100 order with him which he wanted to be given to another rider as he was not feeling safe as he feared that the robbers will come back again.

It's the similar case with Swiggy in India. I ordered something late at night around 1.30am and it started raining after some time, the delivery guy had picked up the order but wasn't moving when I checked the tracking online on the app, i called him to see what was wrong, he said it's raining and Swiggy isn't approving his rain bonus (20-30rs) for delivering in rain at 2.00am in night! I asked the guy to come and said I'll compensate from my pocket. It was so shameful that Swiggy wasn't approving his rain bonus and they were asking him to send proofs that it's raining, the poor guy was clicking photos and capturing videos of rain at 2am and was sending it to Swiggy.

In this case food panda turned out to be more shameless than the criminals. At least the criminals had a heart and sympathised and took pity on him whereas his employers lacked all those qualities. The real zalim here is food panda!

Why do you even expect that? You can't just compare with Government job or big companies facilities, if you expect this things then go get that job. Imagine a company provide safety security and insurance for delivery employee than people will rush that job instead of searching other job or Government job. There are some differentiate in job, you can't expect everything the same that's why people don't usually seek this kind of job. How about i became your maid and ask you like other companies compensation and facilities, what would you think of me and say?

I also worked as a foodpanda rider. I got into an accident when I contacted them they have same behaviour. When I asked them for compensation they said we only provide medical expenses and they have long procedure for it. They did not pay for motorcycle damages.
Since I will not be able to do shift and did not take order, they deranked me from level 2 to 4.
Food Panda customer care called me almost 2 weeks ago to take my feedback on their services which was very awful 😞 at that time usually they do deliver on time some riders are extremely extremely punctual & help you out of their way but in rush hours this company fail miserably.
I put forward my experience & believe me I asked them to please take very good care of your riders.
They all are working because they are in need of it Don't take touch advantage of them.
They seriously overloaded with work. They all deserve a little appreciation ☺️.
This guy genuinely sound a good man that's why good happened with him.

Two people robbed this delivery boy. He told them the phone is not even his, he borrowed it so he could work (taking online orders for deli every). He started crying. The robbers said to him we also have a heart, so they gave him his phone and money back. Gave him a hug. Gave him Salaam and left him. The delivery boy is saying how Allah put mercy in their hearts and maybe they (the robbers) were going through difficulty which caused them to do this. The boy also explains that when he messaged his company to say what happened they were not bothered and wanted him to go and complete his next delivery job, even though it was a very small job equivalent to less than a US dollar. The boy is a student who works part time.

I have complaint several times on foodpanda. They gave me the same answer hum ap ki pareshani ko samjh sakte hain. After that when i cancelled or didn't receive the order, they called ne I explained why i didn't receive or cancelled tw agay se kaha gaya "ok" and literally they didn't feel sorry for late delivery or for bad customer service. There must be another food delivery company for competition.

I've been hearing this about food panda that they treat their riders like shit. Now this is another proof video. About time, we should cancel this company so that they learn the lesson which is needed to be taught. This is absolute atrocious to do this to their riders. I have also heard that they pay too less to their riders instead of only that is fair.
