95% world open docs in Microsoft tool, and brava opens it in native application , instead it should provide online plugin for ms tools...thats where box is better than Opentext ECM
Is open Text free to upgrade? We have issues with ours..... Open Text is not properly converting PDF's to be seen inside SAP.
Does it also search on data stored in SharePoint Online, which is a cloud based solution of Microsoft.
