I live on a dirt road so wouldn't use outside, but I have made a lot of swags and love to put them at the top of my mirrors. They also look great above a doorway. I have also bent them to form an L and used them that way. FYI! Spray silks with regular acrylic sealer. Stops colors from bleeding, waterproofs, minimizes fading, hold the shape, and dirt washes right off.

Replay--Do you water test the other items you use in the piece? Do you spray with polyurethane to kind of protect it?
Yes, it is always good to test, and we often do spray with a protective spray.

Did anyone else have an issue with the lollipop picks melting? Just had a customer send me pictures of the mailbox swag I made her and those lollipop picks look like they were melted with a torch. She only had it out for a month and the hottest day was 80 degrees out.
