I've not seen a way to do it, I might be missing something but from what I can see you can't have your office in a house you make in sandbox mode or put a sandbox made house in the story which is a real shame, hopefully this will be something they add in the future! ^^

I agree. I miss the workshop but it is fun trying to create things out of items. I made a glass table with a glass roof and a pillar in my new build. It makes you get creative when you have limited items. @@ChaoticJelly

Where can I download mods for these accessories such as frames, etc...?
There are currently no item mods for house flipper 2 that I'm aware of, I'm not sure if they will be available in the future or not. ^^

There are no accessory mods for House Flipper 2 at the moment but for the original House Flipper game you can get mod items from the Steam workshop.

You can resize them using the flipper tool and then the change style option.
You need a washing machine.
I did mention in the video I missed a washing machine and dryer ^^
