@Belajar bahasa inggris dengan Mr. Saragih as far as i know and i set in my mind. That there's no stupid students but just a teacher who can't teach well. And teaching is not only about transferring knowledge but also motivating students to love our lesson. But of course i want people to challenge my view too.
@Belajar bahasa inggris dengan Mr. Saragih i can't compare students to orange. They are different. The rotten will be worst and useless but our students with learning difficulties are not rotten. They can become georgous students if they get proper teachers. The problem is most of teachers don't want learn further on how treat students with learning difficulties. They just blame and judging the students as stupid. Poor students. Yes i agree that our class is so big around 25 to 30 students per room. And the good and the bad students are mixed in one classroom. That becomes problem too.

But if we realize that our students are human too whose feeling and their own way of thinking, then we will understand that teachers should look for the root of those problems. Why certain students wanna kill his teacher or bully his friends? Let's go deep down to his heart and mind then we will find the thing. This is not in term of blaming the teachers or looking for excuses but in term of setting our mindset to keep upgrading our knowledge.
It's quite hard to be an english teacher for students who don't like english.. we as a teacher need to be smart for selecting the method and strategy based on students needs😊
Bisa sih kak kalau guru nya udah senior bgt, yg misalnya udah mengajar udah lama dan di bolehkan ngajar itu meskipun gak linear sama jurusan kuliahnya. Tp kalau guru baru/muda sepertinya gak bs kak, krn ngajar disekolah sekarang hrs linear jurusan kuliah.
