  • Visual Studio supports graphics debugging for Direct3D projects. The menu item needed for debugging doesn't display by default. You can turn it on and off at will. Once it is turned on, the Graphics Debugger can be used to capture grams of rendered content from your application and let you examine how the vertex and pixel shaders processed the data for the frames. All of the Direct3D calls that contributed to the rendering of a pixel are captures. Here, I show how to enable the option and very briefly show the Graphics Analyzer running.
