Zeb Damon no bro, i really believe it. she's a genius. i can recognize when i see one. and i say more,she's the only genius of this generation of musicians so far. the "normal persons" are taylor swift,bruno mars,ed sheeran,miley cyrus,beyonce,rihanna,lady gaga,katy perry...they're just mediocre. as an inovator,lorde is in another level in the art of music. It's really sad that she didn't get the deserved success.
Túlio Gonçalves I agree she's exceeding the others in many ways yes. I also agree she's one of the more heard voices of this generation. But I just don't think putting someone on an untouchable throne and mounting them like a rare diamond was ever good for anyone. Not saying you are by any means! But do you kinda see what I'm getting at? She is definitely doing an awesome incredible job at expressing and working her way to the "top". But it's not magical! It's real and respect worthy at a very very high level. :)

Lorde feels like a person who has always been a fly on the wall of her own life, which is what makes her so successful and insightful as a writer. She has a level of self-awareness that very few people have, especially at such a young age.
She is so intelligent compared to the 20 year old singers today. Her mother is a professional poet. She so deserves the 2 Grammy awards she won. A very original artist.
